Foam Mattress Pillows Memory Beds
Furniture
foam have many different grades of foam that are available
to the Upholsterer or furniture manufacturer. Foams of varying densities and ILD ratings are now produced which
offer the furniture manufacturer or Upholsterer an opportunity
to select a specific type of foam based upon its intended
use. They are rated according to various performance tests.
There are three performance tests that are of primary concern
in evaluating the suitability. The first
concern is if the foam is rated as HIGH RESILIENT. The next
concern is the DENSITY rating of the foam. And finally, the
INDENTATION LOAD DEFLECTION rating is of equal importance
as the foam's density rating.
Man-made materials are durable, resilient,
mothproof and mildew and fungus resistant. Furniture Foam
can be used as a solid unit, wrapped with a softer polyester
material or chopped and blown into new shapes for arms and
backs that would otherwise be difficult to pad. Choose the
feel that pleases you and matches your needs.

Cushion
wraps are a layer of material that is installed between the material and the fabric cover. The purpose
of the cushion wrap is to soften the sharp edges of the foam
to give it a more soft appearance. It is featuring
the ultimate in style and comfort.
Furniture
foam for kids is a very cool way to add color and function
to your child's room. These items come in a
variety of colors and patterns. It is also used
for office furniture. It offers a complete package of furnishing,
fitting-out & refurbishment of offices & other commercial
premises. HIGH RESILIENT Furniture foam is what you might
think it is. It is a foam material that is produced to offer
a longer useful life than non-HR foam. HR foam is often also
rated as fire resistant. The density rating of the furniture
foam material is the best indicator of the quality of the
foam. The higher the density rating the higher the quality
of the foam and the longer you can expect it to maintain its
shape, loft and support. ILD rating of a furniture foam material
will tell you how FIRM the foam is.
